Air Force will take on Niagara in an Atlantic Hockey Conference quarterfinal series this weekend at Cadet Arena. In this episode we take a look at one of the Falcons’ strengths heading into that series – their special teams.
Senior center Evan Feno discusses what the Falcons look for when they’re on the power play and how much offense will be enough for them to continue playing. Evan also talks about how valuable the experiences of the past couple of seasons, when Air Force won the AHC tournament and earned NCAA berths, are.
We also talk with longtime Air Force hockey sports information director Dave Toller, perhaps better known as the radio color analyst on Falcons hockey broadcasts. Dave shares some of his favorite memories about the hockey program and the close relationship he has enjoyed with coach Frank Serratore over the past 22 seasons.
It’s all in this episode of AFAFlightPath.com’s 10th podcast of the 2018-19 season!
