LaRocque talks not only about his NCAA starting debut but also the impact that Christopoulos, whom he considers a mentor, has had on him.
Another underclassmen who has made a big impact is freshman forward Kieran Durgan, who was selected Atlantic Hockey’s rookie of the week. Durgan’s five goals are tied with Evan Feno for the team lead and he’s scored a team-high three game-winning goals. He also has got a point in each of the past five victories.
