Jonathan Kopacka

Senior defenseman Jonathan Kopacka played in his first exhibition against a Canadian team on Monday night. He’s battled injuries on and off the past two seasons, and recently got back on the ice after sustaining an ankle injury in January that ended his junior season after 16 games.

In Monday’s 3-0 victory against Lethbridge, he played in every situation and was part of a Falcons defensive effort that limited the Pronghorns to just 11 shots on goal.

The Flight Path caught up with him after the game to see how he was feeling and get his thoughts on AFA’s performance.
